Design:
Trusses and rafters are engineered using Finite Element Analysis to provide maximum strength to withstand
the International Building Code wind and snow loads.

All structural members and cross-bracing placements are engineered using state-of-the-art methods to
ensure maximum stability and strength.

Allied Gatorshield Tubing:
Steel tubing that outperforms and outlasts. Gatorshield is a patented triple layer Flo-Coat rust and
Corrosion resistant product protection that has demonstrated to be the best over the long haul versus
all competitive product offerings. When rust and corrosion protection os needed - Gatorshield is "Gator
Tough".

In addition, zinc interior coating provides the inside of the tube with maximum corrosion and rust
protection. Inside and out - Gatorshield is the best and has been the best product choice for over 30
years.

Gatorshield is a step above our traditional Flo-Coat product, demonstrating a thicker layer of Zinc
protection for extended longevity in highly corrosive environments. Best of all, Gatorshield is processed
utilizing 99.99% pure zinc alloy with significantly less harmful lead content that generally encountered
with pregalvanized or hot-dipped products. This means that lead oxide fumes during welding are kept to
an absolute minimum.

Allied Gatorshield Tubing provides the framework for the Single Tube Pro-Tec Engineered Buildings.
At 2.5" in diameter, 13 gauge and 50,000 PSI, it's strong and durable. Truss arch buildings, which are 40'
to 195' wide, are powder-coated, which also provides a long lasting protection. Hot dip ga;lvanizing is
available as an option.

Cover Fabric:
Pro-Tec Engineered Buildings are covered with a tightly woven 10 to 12 ounce polyethylene fabric that is
resistant to tears, UV radiation and leakage. For double strength, all covers are sewn or welded into one
continuous layer to stand tough against the elements. Conestoga ends are a standard feature on
Pro-Tec Engineered Buildings. No shortage of material in our buildings. Conestoga ends have about 12" of
material that goes over the end leaving you plenty to work with especially if you're installing an end wall
now or later. Material drapes over side walls about 12" so no rain can come in from the sides.

Here are the colors available.

This material is designed to reflect uv rays yet let in 20% natural light. This is a feature most people
really enjoy. No longer will you have to walk into a dark barn. In fact, on a moonlit night, some say you
can read a book in this building.

Noise:
The cover is polyethylene fabric, therefore, it is quiet in the rain. Those who raise livestock and horses
really appreciate the animals not getting nervous during a rain.

Tie Down:
The fabric cover is attached and tightened with a ratchet tie-down system. Ratchets with strapping,
which connect over a 2" pipe that runs down the side in a pocket of the cover, securely holds the cover
in place and allows for quick, easy adjustment.

Installation:
Pro-Tec buildings install easily and fast. No special tools are needed. We provide complete layout and
installation instructions. Most people, after installing, can't believe how easy the experience was. You
just need to gather a few friends for about an hour as you pull the cover over the arch. Our arches have
an innovative design and have no bolts or cables to install. It's just a matter of putting the pieces
together.

Maintenance:
There are no joints to leak, it never needs to be painted, and no worries about rust. About the only thing
you need to do is check the cover for tightness about 4 times the first year and twice a year after that.

Options:
Several options are available such as: ends, ridge vents, awnings, roll-up sides, curtains, track doors,
and roll-up doors. We will price the building to you with the kit only or we can price with all materials.
